RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted if returned within 15 days of receipt in exchange for Gift Cards only. Items are eligible for return only if they are in its original condition; unworn, unwashed together with its original packaging with label still attached. Items that are damaged from wear and tear shall not be considered to be defective. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts in accordance to our Refund Policy to assess if the item is eligible for returns. In the rare event that your item is faulty due to design or defect, we will proceed to replace the item. Replacements will be subjected to availability. Kindly note that shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer in the event of exchange or returns. We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days upon receiving the returned item. The management reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion.
