It takes 2-4 working days to process your order. Once the order is processed and shipped out, an email with your tracking number attached will be sent.

There may be import duties charged when the parcel arrives. These fees have to be paid by the receiver and is collected by the local carrier or government.

RCL do not collect nor have any control over the fees hence we are unable to provide any estimates on the amount of fees would be charged.

We recommend contacting local customs office to enquire about the specifics before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.

Only items that are in its original condition and in its original packaging with label still attached can be returned. Items that are damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
